Today I woke up feeling better than I have in a while. It was a relief. We even had blue sky break through the clouds for a minute or two in late morning, so I took advantage of it. Since Ty was off to work for the day, Hudson and I went down to one of our favorite places - the library! I love going to the library because, well, I love books! Hudson loves going because of kids section, where there are puzzles and blocks and other kids to follow around. Turns out we juuuuuust missed story time by a minute or two, so now that we know when it is, I want to try to get there one of these mornings. Once we got back, Hudson was happily roaming around the front yard so I took an opportunity to take a few pictures of him in his new cute and grown up denim jacket.

And later on my mom made carrot cake with cream cheese icing - so of course Hudson was privy to one of the beaters.
I like days like today.
